The FirstKids are busy getting into their Sunday school lesson! Really getting into the hands-on, awesome excitement of getting to know Jesus Christ, creating their own relationship with God, and learning their precious responsibilities in the World Community.

FirstKids Sunday school is a blending of: curriculum from Seasons of the Spirit. Seasons of the Spirit is a lectionary based, that integrates worship, learning and service to build a dynamic community of faith for all ages; age-appropriate faith goals consisting of Bible knowledge, Methodist belief and history, and our own First Church history and tradition; and Christian spirituality. World transformation will begin with our children; we are equipping our FirstKids to know the divine love of God, and their own power to be instruments in sharing that love with others.

Our active Children’s Education Council meets quarterly to assist in planning, evaluation and implementation of all Children’s programming. This exciting group invites interested individuals to share the contagious enthusiasm!
