FirstYouth on a Mission

Summer break usually means relaxation, hanging out with friends, maybe going on vacations, but for the youth of FirstChurch, summer break also includes giving back. This giving back does come with hanging out with great church friends, traveling around the city and country to help out those in need and relaxing after a hard week of work. Mission and summer just seem to go hand in hand at FirstChurch.

This summer alone, the First Youth will complete two mission trips, volunteer at Vacation Bible School and Project Transformation, travel to serve as counselors with SEEK Camp, and they’re not done yet. Youth Week, a six day collection of volunteering and fun-filled activities, will take place August 9-14.
